We make it easy for brands to send newsletters from each department. Merge group variables in templates and articles, so that the sender’s street address, phone, etc. are automatically retrieved upon the creation of the newsletter.
The variables can be inserted into the articles via the eDM article admin.
The dynamic group data can also be added directly to the eDM template via the eDM template administrator.
When the user editing the newsletter the values will get the group values from the group database befor the user is sending the newsletter.
